    Although there were various vaccines available for COVID-19, there is also hesitancy in health care workers, especially students, to get vaccinated. Various surveys have been conducted to assess the hesitancy toward vaccination against COVID-19. In India, more than 10% were hesitant to get vaccinated among the participants. Lack of information concern regarding safety and efficacy are the main reasons for hesitancy. In developing countries like India and others, political manipulation and lack of trust in government bodies are prominent factors of hesitation to get vaccinated. One of the factors for hesitancy towards vaccination is false information regarding the side effects.
