    Introduction: Caries is the most common cause of oral pain and tooth loss, and it can be treated with amalgam, composite, porcelain, and gold restorations, as well as endodontic treatments and extraction. Because it can take hues that are more close to enamel, composite restorations have gained in popularity during the previous half-century. Aim: The aim of the study was to assess and analyse the mesial or distal aspect of Mandibular anterior teeth restored with composite. Materials and methods: This was a descriptive study, where all the patients’ data was collected by reviewing patients records and analysing the data of 86000 patients reported from June 2019 to February 2021 to the Department of conservative dentistry and endodontics, Private Dental college and hospitals, Chennai.
