    The objective of the article is to look at the clinical importance of regenerative cells in renewal by going over the following points over the latest research on regenerative cell regeneration potential. New therapy options for tooth and periodontal healing have evolved as a result of regenerative cell based tissue engineering. Regenerative cells of the periodontal ligament, regenerative cells of the dental pulp and apical papilla regenerative cells are the main regenerative cell populations used in periodontal regeneration, which include bone marrow derived mesenchymal regenerative cells and the main dental derived mesenchymal regenerative cell populations.
