    The growth in physiology education and research in Africa over a century ago has been characterized by the continent’s unusual chronicle. To satisfy the human insatiable quest for knowledge, it is necessary and unavoidable to engage in research which is a complex scientific enterprise. However, factors that include physical, political, socio-economic, legislative, and educational environmental play pivotal roles in research processes directly or indirectly.
