    The Corona Chronicle from History TO Hitherto: A Dental Outlook

    COVID-19 has a global outbreak since its discovery in Hubei province, China in December 2019. Following this it had been declared as a “Public Health Emergency of International Concern” on 30th January 2020 by the World health Organization (WHO). Corona viridae, the causative species that is not new to the society yet poses serious threat to life in under developed to welldeveloped nations. First occurrence of such enveloped, non-segmented, single-stranded RNA viruses with club shaped projections was cited back in 1930’s attributing to cause respiratory infection in domesticated chickens.
